TRANSFORMER SUPERVISOR

1. Conducts testing of transformers and/or motors in-house and on-site areas
2. Repairs and troubleshoots transformers
3. Operates the degasifier for functional activities
4. Conducts testing of circuit breakers and load break switches for production activities
5. Checks the newly rewind and reconditioned transformers before delivery to customer
6. Checks conditions of equipment such as degasifier and testing instruments regularly
7. Coordinates with service manager for projects on servicing for early preparation
8. Trains and teaches helpers in the conduct of testing transformers and operation of testing instruments
9. Conducts installation of alternation and motors for additional manpower
10. Assist in promoting company’s services to prospects and potential clients 

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Graduate of any 4-year or vocational course related to the field
2. Has acquired certification/license from PRC and/or TESDA related to the field
3. Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
4. Experience related to the field is not necessary, but an advantage
5. Organized and Systematic
6. Can work with minimal or no supervision from supervisor
7. Flexible and willing to work beyond working hours
