  • Conducts and operates dynamic balancing machine
  • Conducts shaft alignment, machine tools operation to produce precision metal parts
  • Handles oxygen acetylene cutting and pre-heating works
  • Conducts toolbox meeting regularly
  • Processes permits and other documents needed for servicing projects
  • Requests PPEs (Personal Protective Equipment) needed for employees
  • Coordinates and Attends client’s monthly meeting regarding safety and company rules implemented for the project
  • Defines prospective clients and maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Attends site inspection, if applicable
  • Conducts toolbox meeting regularly
  • Processes permits and other documents needed for servicing projects
  • Requests PPEs (Personal Protective Equipment) needed for employees
  • Coordinates and Attends client’s monthly meeting regarding safety and company rules implemented for the project
  • Designing manufacturing processes and products
  • Assessing product usability and safety
  • Writing reports and presenting results to managers and customers

  • Craft models and drawings of products using CAD
  • Analyze prototype data and retest if needed
  • Research new product ideas and methods
  • Improve existing products and processes
  • Ensure compliance with the industry’s safety standards
  • Maintain accurate records

FOR MARIKINA AND ANTIPOLO ASSIGNMENT

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • With at least 2-5 years experience as an Estimator.
  • With at least 2 years experience as Site Electrical Engineer/Supervisor.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Can work with minimal or without supervision; exhibits a sense of urgency when necessary
  • Keen on details, highly analytical, resourceful, and proactive.
  • Knowledgeable with AutoCAD

Skills and Specifications Requirements:

  • Demonstrates a detailed understanding of electrical management and cost estimating principles.
  • Demonstrates experience with respect to the design and installation of distributed generation technologies.
  • Demonstrates experience with respect to design and installation of paralleling switchgear and transfer switches.
  • Must have experience working with medium voltage (4.16kV – 15kV) electrical systems.
  • Must have large commercial/ light industrial construction experience.
  • Strong field/site management experience is an advantage.
  • Experienced in estimating small to medium scale power projects.
  • Must know the principles of power distribution and load management applications.
  • Must be able to deal effectively with customers and contractors.
  1. Conducts visual evaluation of motors and generators
  2. Dismantles and/or assembles motors and generators
  3. Evaluates worn out and missing parts of dismantled units for reporting to Production Supervisor
  4. Conducts modifications to equipment if necessary to facilitate improvement and/or changes to the operation as directed by the supervisor
  5. Prepares mechanical checklist for submission to the production supervisor
  6. Reconditions motors and generators
  7. Supervises mechanical crew
  8. Conducts fabrication of special tools used in projects
  9. Checks units prior to delivery
  10. Conducts tagging of all disassembled parts for easier identification
  11. Handles location and preservation of disassembled parts of motors and generators
  12. Assist in promoting company’s services to prospects and potential clients

FOR MARIKINA / SOUTHERN & NORTHERN  MINDANAO ASSIGNMENT

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College any Engineering course preferably Electrical Engineering or related experience in the industry
  • At least 2 to 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Skills in time management and task completion, analytical, results-oriented, keen eye on details
  • Experience in Sales Process prospecting and Negotiation Skills Can Drive and with License (optional)

FOR MARIKINA &  DAVAO ASSIGNMENT (BUT WILLING TO BE TRAINED IN MANILA)
  • Data gathering like number of turns, measurements of winding and core 
  • Rewind small and medium-sized distribution motor and generators
  • Operate of wire-coiling machines to wind wire coils used in motor, and in electrical equipment.
  • Select and load materials such as work pieces, objects, and machine parts into equipment used in winding processes.
  • Measure and cut slot insulation
  • Perform miscellaneous operations such as dismantle and clean parts.
  • Insertion of coils and connect as per as found data
  • Fabricate and insert new slot wages
  • Apply insulating varnish to winding
  • Assist technician during initial and final electrical test
  • Assist technicians in no load test
  • Record winding data to log book for reference
  • Paint the unit base on original color or as per customer.
  • Help others with more complicated jobs
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  1. Reviews scope of work prior to the implementation of project
  2. Conducts on-site coordination with end-user and supervisor
  3. Submits progress reports of on-site service to the main office
  4. Conducts site inspection to determine the scope of work and service that will be provided to the client
  5. Prepares and checks tools and equipment to be used for servicing
  6. Submits test reports on machineries forwarded by the technician
  7. Analyses and/or Validates reports on machineries
  8. Schedules service-related projects including target completion
  9. Coordinates with Production Planner prior to servicing to ensure implementation of project
  10. Coordinates to the on-site supervisor for updates regarding servicing
  11. Implements proper work methodology
  12. Assists technician during electrical testing
  13. Conducts on-site testing of equipment and safety for the employees
