  • Conducts canvassing of materials for all departments
  • Conducts canvassing of materials for the Commercial department for quotation purposes
  • Schedules itinerary for purchased materials for pick-up and delivery
  • Handles sub-contractor’s quotations, follow-ups and canvassing for fabrication for various project
  • Communicates with the supplier for the pricing, terms of payment and warranty for materials purchased
  • Handles purchasing rush materials needed by the production department
  • Prepares purchase orders
  • Checks and prepares all materials for purchase
  • Files copies of materials request for Purchasing department
  • Coordinates with supplier regarding the schedule of materials delivery
  • Handles the canvassing of all production material requisition before purchasing
  • Handles filing and sorting of materials requisition
Preferably Engineering graduate, with at least 2 years working experience as Competent Person holder 
  • with STO Safety training and 8 hour mandatory OSH training or equivalent
  • good with oral and written communication skills
  • willing to be assigned in Luzon Visayas and Mindanao EDC plants
  1. Reviews scope of work prior to the implementation of project
  2. Conducts on-site coordination with end-user and supervisor
  3. Submits progress reports of on-site service to the main office
  4. Conducts site inspection to determine the scope of work and service that will be provided to the client
  5. Prepares and checks tools and equipment to be used for servicing
  6. Submits test reports on machineries forwarded by the technician
  7. Analyses and/or Validates reports on machineries
  8. Schedules service-related projects including target completion
  9. Coordinates with Production Planner prior to servicing to ensure implementation of project
  10. Coordinates to the on-site supervisor for updates regarding servicing
  11. Implements proper work methodology
  12. Assists technician during electrical testing
  13. Conducts on-site testing of equipment and safety for the employees
  • responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing workplace safety programs to ensure compliance with regulations and promote a safe working environment.
  • identify hazards, conduct training, investigate incidents, and work to prevent accidents and injuries. Their role is crucial in maintaining a safe workplace and minimizing risks.
  • Two (2) or more years related work experience

  • Oversee management including market and customer research to expand market share and product requirements
  • Designing manufacturing processes and products

  • Review and study purchase request delegated by the repair and service supervisor
  • Prior to inspection the technical estimator should prepare necessary materials, equipment, gate pass and etc. prior from the actual schedule of      inspection
  • Attend pre-bidding and site inspection with the intent of gathering necessary data needed for costing and creating a good impression with the            end-user
  • Create technical and commercially competent proposal
  • Data gathering like number of turns, measurements of winding and core
  • Rewind small and medium-sized distribution motor and generators
  • Operate wire-coiling machines to wind wire coils used in motors, and in electrical equipment.
  • Select and load materials such as workpieces, objects, and machine parts into equipment used in winding processes.
  • Measure and cut slot insulation
  • Perform miscellaneous operations such as dismantle and clean parts.
  • Insertion of coils and connect as per as found data
